The YSL Voxbox is an iconic box that was only sent to 4,000 Influensters and I was lucky enough to be one of the lucky girls to get it. I was super excited to get this voxbox because I was in need of a new mascara to try, my old one was just not doing what I wanted.
So finally I got my voxbox in the mail and I tried it that night. Here is my unboxing video;
My first impression was "WOW, this makes my lashes look great". I loved how thick my lashes looked after applying the mascara. I only applied one coat that evening and I loved the result, there's a photo below from that night;
I have very short eyelashes and very few so I rely on mascara to give me fuller eyelashes and this mascara really made my lashes bolder.
The next day I used the Yves Saint Laurent Mascara Volume Effet Faux Cils while doing my make up and this time I applied 2-3 coats and I loved the results, my lashes looked so much fuller and my friends noticed it.
The thing I love most about YSL's Effet Faux Cils mascara is that it is has B5 Vitamins so not only does it make my lashes look amazing, it helps keep them soft. After 2-3 coats my lashes weren't clumpy, which has always been a problem for me with other mascaras. The only thing I disliked about the mascara was the smell, alot of girls said they thought it smelled good but I didn't really like it, thankfully it wasn't that strong and didn't last long.
